I did my first product! XD

owh, We had our first pratical class today! and we did The Powder ( Oral Rehydration Salt) abit excited, everyone reached the lab damn early. Anyway, I was headache to fill the manufacturing record sheet. Oh gosh, all those thing are so strange for me..we are so blur...and no idea what to fill in for the batch number, product code blablabla.....and we don't even know how to use the BNF.lolx... After discussing and struggling, we did finish it ( actually most of them we copied from the slide shown to us..NO! shouldn't hv plagiarism here!)

And off we start the experiment. We grind the sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium hydrogen citrate and glucose by using the mortar and pestle. Then sieve all the powders in group. After that, we continue the experiment individually. Weigh the powders and mix them in the mortar. Its fun playing with the mortar, its like baking cake! The last procedure is divide the powders and pack the wrapped powders into suppository box. The whole process is quite complicated. We feel so satisfied when our product is done! It's my FIRST product! though the wrapping I did was not so nice..haha...but its too bad that we have to leave our product in the lab..and no handphone in the lab...so i cant take the pictures. =)

Anyway, before that we were so relax..only now....start to feel STRESS d! I was really headache to see all those notess...(Its a lots!!) and i hvn touch single of them. and start from the third practical, we would like have short test. Lecture would question us,so v hv to well prepared! and there's calculation class, workshop, presentation and coming lab report........... plenty plenty of stuffs that make me really fan!!! arghhh....
